In the new  Kopfsalat Work Edition Podcast in cooperation with LinkedIn, Sara Steinert and Frank Joung talk to Expert:innen about various topics that play a role in the job with mental illness. In the first episode, industrial psychologist Tim Hagemann explains that there is indeed a connection between mental stress and the rank you hold at work. Tim Hagemann explains, among other things, to what extent employers are obliged to pay attention to the mental health of their employees. Nevertheless, there are still stigmas against mental illnesses that need to be reduced through education in society. Tim Hagemann erklärt unter anderem, inwiefern Arbeitgeber:innen dazu verpflichtet sind, auf die mentale Gesundheit ihrer Mitarbeiter:innen zu achten. Dennoch gäbe es nach wie vor Stigmata gegenüber psychischen Erkrankungen, die durch Aufklärung in der Gesellschaft abgebaut werden müssen.
