Nora Tschirner on mental health in society

In a new episode of the Bar-Talk Podcast, host Markus Kavka welcomes actress and director Nora Tschirner to talk about mental health and mental health awareness in society. In Tschirner's role in "The Mopes," a dramedy first broadcast on May 11, 2021, she plays a personified depression who makes life hell for the main character.

Thus, she wants to help destigmatize depression and make it more tangible. The actress also talks about her own experiences with depression and how, with the help of outpatient and inpatient psychotherapy and a holistic approach, her relationship with others, but above all with herself, has changed.
