Before there were Christmas tree baubles, apples hung on the fir tree. Christmas apples were red, shiny varieties that were ripe for eating at the holidays.
Apfelschätze harvests a perfect Christmas apple every year: the very rare variety "purple Spartan". Polished, it shines violet-deep red and as juice it is an exquisite delicacy with flavours of banana and white currant. The aim of Apfelschätze is to obtain such delicacies.
